From a Modest Beginning to a Multi-Domain Manufacturing Powerhouse

Founded in 2006 by Mr. Nitesh Dhoot and Mr. Sanjay Dhoot, Jamshedpur Auto Component (JACO) began its journey as a dedicated sheet metal fabrication unit catering to Tata Motors and its ancillary partners. With a clear focus on precision, quality, and customer satisfaction, the founders built JACO on strong engineering fundamentals and a vision for technological advancement.

Over the years, JACO has evolved from a single-process fabrication setup into a diversified manufacturing company offering a wide range of high-performance industrial solutions.

Growth and Diversification Timeline
2006 — Foundation Year:
JACO started operations in Jamshedpur, specializing in sheet metal fabrication for automotive components, serving clients like Tata Motors.
2010–2014 — Expansion and Modernization:
The company steadily expanded its fabrication capacity, investing in modern tools and technology to meet growing client demands.
2015 — Entry into Packaging Solutions:
JACO diversified into air bubble manufacturing, catering to the protective packaging needs of automotive and industrial clients.
2021 — Addition of PP Flute Board Production:
Continuing its diversification, the company introduced polypropylene (PP) flute boards, offering durable, lightweight, and eco-friendly packaging and industrial solutions.
2024 — Aluminium Extrusion Unit Launched:

Marking a major step forward, JACO established a state-of-the-art aluminium extrusion facility.
This unit not only extrudes high-quality aluminium sections but also provides a complete range of surface finishing services, including:
